Clarity, visibility and practicality were paramount when designing the R 1250 RT, as the 10.25″ TFT screen provides functional features that will perfectly accompany you on every tour. The screen, which has a tempered and non-reflective glass cover, allows you to use the navigator and connectivity, with the option of split-screen so you can view multiple features at the same time.
SAFER TRAVEL
With the new Active Cruise Control (ACC) driving assistance system, you can enjoy carefree riding pleasure whilst enjoying a relaxed journey. Cleverly, this system allows you to set your speed and distance to the vehicle in front. If the distance is reduced, the system will automatically reduce your speed and re-establish the selected distance. This also comes into effect when the distance is increased.

A sleek and slim front is home to the LED headlights, that turn night into day allowing you to see the road ahead clearly at your every move. The new windscreen comes with an impressive patented air duct, so that forward suction and air movement are reduced on the upper body. The two-part front-wheel cover plays an important part in supporting the aerodynamics, whilst also reducing dirt on your bike in all weather types, but especially the rain.
