With Proactive Care, Ocean BMW is at your side.  Proactive Care ensures your vehicle stays in peak condition by identifying the need for service or maintenance early — before minor issues become major problems.

Your vehicle’s sensors will monitor any service requirements or potential problems.  If you breakdown or have an accident it will transmit this information to BMW.  You will then get swiftly contacted through the My BMW app, directly in your vehicle or via an email.  In urgent situations, you will receive a phone call.

What you need.

  • An active BMW Connected Drive account linked to your BMW.
  • Consent to the current BMW ConnectedDrive conditions.
  • Make sure your contact details and preferred BMW Service partner are up to date under your BMW ID.
  • To make sure BMW we can reach you, please consent to the Privacy Policy within your vehicle and allow communication from your BMW Service Partner.  For added convenience, enable notifications in the MY BMW app.
