PERFORMANCE
Playful and spontaneous rides are made possible when you turn on the power, thanks to the air/oil-cooled boxer of the Scrambler. The recently increased torque curve is noticeable, as it has been optimised to the 4,000 to 6,000 rpm range so that the power is reached comfortably while out on the road, with the peak torque reaching 116 Nm at 6,000 rpm. More fun is guaranteed on the R nineT thanks to Pro riding modes, and ASC & DTC control systems, allowing for more dynamic manoeuvres.

BMW R nineT Scrambler DESIGN
Some essential yet aesthetically pleasing elements make up the typical scrambler design, like the iconic yet newly designed boxer engine. Although it has always been an iconic element, the newly designed cylinder head covers and throttle body give it a tidy and impressive look. Whilst protecting the fork tubes from dust and dirt during those rough terrain rides, the bellows also provide the typical scrambler look. The casual personality is defined by the tank shape and snorkel cover, whilst the elevated exhaust system is a key element of the unmistakable Scrambler aesthetic, as well as exerting the deep boxer sound through the two prominent pipes.
Individualising the R nineT Scrambler is what makes the bike even more fun, and with five colour options to choose from, you can make the bike unique to you:
Option 719 Underground/Lightwhite – Although a subtle pop of colour, the pale blue really makes a statement against the small area of white paintwork and black highlights.
Option 719 Pollux metallic/Lightwhite – This design gives a strong expression, with a moss green pop of colour, and a striking golden stripe to highlight the special edition colour option.
Manhattan Metallic Matt – Portraying pure confidence, this design option has a subtle colour, but will leave a lasting impression.
Kalamata Metallic Matt – A strong contender in the design options, Kalamata Metallic Matt has a rustic character, with striking golden paintwork surrounding the BMM roundel.
Granite Grey Metallic – Although the most subtle and reserved option in the R nineT Scrambler range, this design option is given more of an oomph thanks to the burgundy seat in patented leather style.
